THE LEGEND OF YUAN'S GARDEN
The Beginning of Yuan’s Garden
"Yuan's Garden" traces its culinary roots to the legendary "Grand View Garden" from the classic novel "Dream of the Red Chamber".
The renowned scholar and poet Yuan Mei purchased this historic garden, creating one of Southern China's three most famous gardens.
Documentation of 326 Traditional Dishes
Over 40 years, Yuan Mei collects recipes from friends and fellow gourmets, publishing the Yuan’s Garden Collection of Recipes, preserving culinary techniques from the 14th to 18th centuries.
Chef Ge Feng Brings Yuan’s Garden Cuisine Overseas
Founder Mr. Ge Feng introduced authentic Yuan’s Garden-style cuisine to Vancouver, becoming the first to serve these historic recipes outside of China.
Establishment of Shanghai Morning
